• Photos or videos showing the problem

• If the issue is determined to be a factory defect or a recurrent issue beyond normal wear and tear, we will escalate the matter to our Support Team for further assistance.

• In such cases, we may offer a repair, replacement, or alternative solution at our discretion.

• Issues resulting from misuse, improper care, or general wear and tear are not considered factory defects and will not qualify for support.

• Variations in color, texture, or minor imperfections are natural characteristics of genuine leather and are not deemed defects.
